Cenveo acquires Nashua Corporation

Cenveo, Inc. is the third largest graphics communications company in North America. Nashua Corporation is a 160 year old manufacturer and converter of label and specialty paper products. In the middle of this month, Cenveo signed an agreement to acquire Nashua for approximately 44 million U.S. dollars.
